Porirua Union & Community Health Service (PUCHS) offers comprehensive clinical pharmacist services to residents across the wider Porirua area, including Johnsonville and Paremata. CLINICAL PHARMACIST SERVICES:
Medication Reviews: Clinical pharmacists conduct thorough reviews of patients' medications to ensure they are appropriate, effective, and safe. This process helps identify potential drug interactions, side effects, and opportunities for therapy optimization.
